I live in Carmel, and I wanted to support a local business; so I did not do any research when I started the process to purchase power shades. I went straight to The Art & Design District and into Drapery Street. There were lots of people shopping, but we were greeted immediately and taken to the area that held our options. We worked with Erika, and she discussed style and color options with us for as long as we needed. She gave us a guesstimate before we scheduled to have a Drapery Street employee come to our house to measure. The man who came was professional, he knew what he was doing, and he respected our home–took his shoes off without being prompted. The men who performed the installation were also just as friendly, yet professional and respected our home. I am at a loss for words at how the Hunter Douglas Solera (December White–thank you, Erika for the suggestion!) power shades improved the look and feel of the house, and the added privacy was worth it all! I am looking forward to working with Drapery Street again for a third power shade above our entry door. Thank you, Drapery Street!
