What's the first step to start my outdoor project? 
Give us a call or submit a consultation request form. We will schedule a in-home, virtual, or showroom appointment depending on your location and meeting preferences.
We highly encourage you to come to our Fishers, Indiana showroom for your initial appointment. Our Fishers showroom contains our Outdoor Experience Center. It includes product displays and samples for all of your outdoor shading needsβ from outdoor draperies to retractable bug screens and privacy shades. You can operate and compare manual and motorized shades and view firsthand how they fully retract.This hands-on experience allows you to discover all their options and confidently customize solutions that will precisely match the needs of their outdoor living spaces.
After your showroom consultation, we will come to your house for measurements and to confirm selections.
When should I install outdoor shades? (Before or after I build?)
Outdoor shades can be installed during the home build process or after your home is built. If you are building a new home, we recommend getting the conversation started early, so we can work with your builder to pre-wire and ensure the best plan for your outdoor space.
Can your outdoor shades be motorized?
Yes! Our outdoor shades can be motorized and are compatible with most home automation systems. Our outdoor shades also have a manual operating option as well.
Are your outdoor shades child and pet safe?
Yes! Our shades have child and pet-safe motors that will stop the shade from raising or lowering if it touches anything.
Do your screens scratch easily?
The fabrics we use are resistant to scratches. They are tougher than your standard window or patio door screens.
What are some of the features that make your outdoor shades durable?
Just to name a few: extruded aluminum housing and tracks; super heavy-weight bar for smooth operation; stainless steel fasteners to eliminate rust; rubber seal under the weight bar that seals better against grout lines, pavers, and uneven surfaces; double stitched zippers; powder-coated aluminum to prevent chipping, peeling, or bubbling of paint; wind-tested and resistant up to 50mph.
What if I have a problem with my shade after I purchase it?
