When you request a consultation, we will first chat briefly with you to learn about your project & priorities, match you with the best designer for your project, and decide on the best location to meet. Showroom Design Consultations
Our showroom consultations are the best place to start for most projects. You and your designer will discuss your space, needs, and budget. Bring rough measurements and photos of your space and we will show you the products that will achieve your goals. See full-size displays, including live demonstrations of PowerView® Automation. Once products are chosen, we will come to your house to measure and confirm selections.

In-Home Design Consultations
Our in-home consultations are recommended after you’ve had a showroom consultation or if you have no idea where to begin and need a designer to see your home to get started. Your designer will work with you at home to identify the issues you need to be solved. This is not a salesperson coming to sell you products, but a window treatment designer sharing her expertise on what will look and function best in your space.
- Cost is $145 (fee is applied to the cost of your project when you place your order)
Virtual Design Consultations
Our virtual consultations are a great option if you live more than 45 minutes away from our showrooms, are a previous client who needs to place an additional order, or want more general information on our products and services. Our virtual appointments can be scheduled using Zoom, Teams, or Facetime.

Automation Design & Installation
Feeling intimidated by the intricacies of home automation? Our designers and installers are automation experts so you don’t need to be. We will set up your shades so they adjust themselves according to your schedule, resulting in perfect lighting throughout the day and privacy when you require it. We will help you pick the best automation system and teach you how to use it.
Building a new home? We will review your blueprints to ensure the most up-to-date wiring and shade placement are reflected in your home’s plan. We will collaborate with your builder to pre-wire and make sure great design and great function are achieved.
Walk-ins are welcome in both our Carmel and our Fishers showrooms! Drop by if you want to get a feel for what we have to offer or browse new fabrics. Our showroom associate will give you a 15-minute tour of our gallery, answer questions about our services, and schedule your showroom or in-home design consultation for a later date.
- Drop-ins are welcome during our normal business hours, Mondays-Thursdays 10am-5am and Fridays 10am-3pm.

Step 3: Final Selections & Measurements
Your designer will come to your home to confirm the final selections and take precise measurements.
Step 4: Professional Installation
Our certified installers will provide white-glove installation. If you chose automated treatments, we will help you integrate them with your home automation system. Your project is reviewed by our entire design & install teams to ensure a flawless finish.
Step 5: Enjoy With Confidence
