The 2026 Indianapolis Monthly Dream Home, known as The Reverie, is a stunning 11,000-square-foot residence located in Zionsville’s prestigious Holliday Farms community. Overlooking the golf course, this three-story home showcases exceptional craftsmanship, sophisticated interiors, and a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living. Drapery Street proudly designed and installed custom window treatments that complement the home’s architecture and design while providing essential light control, privacy, and everyday comfort. The home was built by Scott Bates Custom Homes, with architectural design by Goldberg Design Group, interior design by Jennifer O’Connor of Dare 2 Design, and landscaping by PJE Lawn Care.
