What is the Vertiglideā¢ System?
The Vertiglideā¢ System is available on our DuetteĀ® and ApplauseĀ® Honeycomb Shades. It is a child-safe, cordless operating system that allows you to open and shut your cellular shades from side-to-side. It is an ideal choice for sliding glass doors or can be used as a room divider.
The Vertiglideā¢ System is available with manual operation or with PowerView Automation. For your convenience, the Vertiglide system features Dual Operation which allows you to activate the shade with any PowerView control device such as the remote or app, or simply operate the shade manually by hand. This convenient feature is ideal for lost remotes, entering the home from outside and for guests without knowledge that the shade is motorized. Please note that PowerView Automation is not available with Applause Honeycomb Shades.
What is the Bypass Track system?
The Bypass Track system is an operating system available on all three of our interior shutter products. This system lets your shutter panels slide past each other without interruption, opening in the same direction of your patio door for ease of use.
What is the Bifold Track system?
The Bifold Track system is an operating system available on all three of our interior shutter products. Shutter panels are hinged together and connected to a top track, which supports the panels and guides their folding movements, allowing you to open them wide and enjoy unobstructed views. This system is a great option for large windows and sliding glass doors.
What is the DuoliteĀ® system?
The DuoliteĀ® system allows you to enjoy room-darkening and light-filtering capabilities with one treatment. It features two shades on a single rollerāa sheer or light-filtering front shade and an opaque or room-darkening back shade.
If you want complete control over your light and privacy, consider the DuoliteĀ® system. It is available on several of our vertical blind alternatives including our cellular shades, Roman shades, and roller shades.

Hardwired shades offer the cleanest, most seamless experience for automation. Donāt miss your one chance to pre-wire! Once the drywall is up, that window is closed (unless you want to cut into fresh wallsā¦ not recommended!). Even if youāre not ready for automated shades now, pre-wiring gives you the option later.
