Careers

You don’t need experience with window treatments to work here. What you do need is curiosity, a willingness to grow, and a commitment to doing great work with a great team.

At Drapery Street, we’re all about trust, clear communication, and owning what we say. We believe in being lifelong learners, both in business and in life. That means asking questions, trying new things, and always improving. We’re honest, reliable, and committed to our standard: excellence.

We take our work seriously, but we have fun doing it. We lift while we climb, help each other out, share wins, and solve problems together.

We’re building something different around here. If you’re someone who takes ownership, enjoys learning, and wants to be part of a team that’s growing together, we’d love to meet you.

Our Current Openings:

Window Treatment Order and Project Specialist

Do you love diving deep into details and becoming an expert in your field? Do you believe excellence is the standard, and getting the “right answer” is worth the extra research? Are you tired of being overlooked for your expertise? If so, this role could be perfect for you. At Drapery Street, we recognize and celebrate deep knowledge—and we’re looking for someone who thrives on precision, ownership, and seeing projects through from start to finish.

This is not a typical supply chain role. We operate in the luxury home industry, and while you don’t need prior custom window treatment experience, you do need experience in the custom home world. You’ll have full ownership of ordering and project coordination, ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly, and projects flow smoothly from start to finish.

If you’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and excited to join a growing company where your expertise is valued, and there are real opportunities for growth and advancement, this could be your perfect fit.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Thrives on organization, details, and process improvement.
  • Curious, growth-minded, and committed to learning and mastering their craft.
  • Communicates clearly and confidently with clients, colleagues, and vendors.
  • Enjoys working independently but collaborates effectively with a team.
  • Has experience in the custom home industry (window treatment experience a plus, but not required).
  • Comfortable with project management tools or reading blueprints (preferred, not required).

Why Join Drapery Street

  • Competitive pay: $60,000–$85,000/year, based on experience
  • Health care benefits, IRA matching, short-term disability coverage, and paid vacation
  • Monday–Friday schedule (8 am–4 pm) with evenings and weekends free
  • Paid training and mentorship to help you succeed
