Careers

You don’t need experience with window treatments to work here. What you do need is curiosity, a willingness to grow, and a commitment to doing great work with a great team.

At Drapery Street, we’re all about trust, clear communication, and owning what we say. We believe in being lifelong learners, both in business and in life. That means asking questions, trying new things, and always improving. We’re honest, reliable, and committed to our standard: excellence.

We take our work seriously, but we have fun doing it. We lift while we climb, help each other out, share wins, and solve problems together.

We’re building something different around here. If you’re someone who takes ownership, enjoys learning, and wants to be part of a team that’s growing together, we’d love to meet you.
