The 2023 Indianapolis Monthly Dream Home, located in Zionsville, Indiana, is a modern marvel! The home showcases the hottest trends in custom residential building and design. Drapery Street proudly designed and installed the custom window treatments. The goal was to achieve a minimalist look while still allowing for sun control, UV protection, and privacy when needed. When they are raised, the motorized shades blend into the window casing for a barely there appearance. The home was built by Brad Bowman of Homes by Design, with interior design by Jennifer O’Connor of Dare 2 Design and architectural design by Steve Goldberg of Goldberg Design Group.
